We have two models, employer sponsored and employee voluntary enrollment.
We are integrated with most payroll systems and can deduct from employee payroll similar to other health and wellness benefits. We also have a credit card payment option if the employer opts out of payroll deductions.
It’s a simple and easy process. Once HR approves JOYA to be listed as an employee benefit, we do all the work. From onboarding to educating to invoicing or payroll deduction and reconciliation.
Yes, this is NOT limited to an open enrollment window. We onboard employers at the beginning and end of every month.
